30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our sustainable textiles and organic fibers. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
